There is no correct amount of time to use the system as it varies from person to person depending on their unique circumstances.

If you only want to experience the energy to see what it is like, 2 hours is fine.

For longer term health goals, weekly use at 4 hours per session is suggested for the best chance of measurable results.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

• Support and nourish your body with organic and whole foods.

• Consider starting a journal of what you experience during and after your sessions. Most clients find this to be a very valuable part of their journey.

REMEMBER: Facilitating your healing is a journey and not a quick - fix. Be consistent with your visits and attend your sessions regularly.
